Retired from full-time employment, I have been actively writing screenplays, stage plays and feature articles, writing/producing/and/directing short films, and creating a variety of graphic arts and paintings.
My half-dozen-plus recent screenplays have been pitched in Hollywood and New York, and have had a number of reads, but no sales yet. One of my full length stage plays had a staged reading in Charleston, SC, and the other in an Off-off Broadway theater in New York.

Next on the agenda ... an "all Apple" production: I am currently planning a significant individual documentary -- to be shot and edited using all Apple products: An iPad for a camera and a MacBook with Final Cut Pro as the editing system.
I have been actively acquiring and testing almost every attachment for iPhone and iPad shooting (i.e., camera cases, mounts and lens sets), and the FilMic Pro video filming application, along with a number of location shooting, video storage, and upload resources.
In preparation for this project, I have tested many of these materials in the production of a documentary style promotional video for a local Community Ministry/Food Bank (an all Apple production). The current release is here...
